Founding Supporter Terms

Founding 100 eligibility

A verified contribution of at least $100 qualifies the supporter for Founding 100 recognition, subject to these terms. The A MOYO Christmas campaign goal date is December 25, 2026.

Recognition

Eligible supporters may be recognized as part of MOYO’s Founding 100 and may receive early progress updates and feedback opportunities. Supporters may choose to remain anonymous. Recognition is honorary and does not grant ownership, control or employment.

Not an investment

A contribution is not an investment, purchase of securities, loan or promise of equity, profit, repayment or financial return. MOYO does not represent contributions as tax-deductible.

Separate sponsor and partner status

A Founding 100 contribution does not create sponsorship, healthcare partnership or strategic partner status. Sponsors and partners use separate application, review, agreement and payment processes.

Use of funds

Contributions are intended to support development, beta testing and launch preparation. MOYO has not approved or published percentage allocations.

Payments and records

Square processes campaign payments and issues transaction receipts. A supporter count or amount raised will be displayed only from verified payment records. Questions about a contribution can be sent to themoyoapp@outlook.com.
